Currently concluding a three year assignment with an IT client in Adelaide. Highlights of this assignment are:
Took this company from being technically bankrupt (435K loss in 2013/4) to making a $1,000,000 operating profit 2015/16 and over $700,000 in 2016/17 (we would have made over $1,000,000 but decided to invest in new technology to ensure a sustainable profitable future).
Discovered and retrieved over $600,000 overpayment in GST .
Introduced strategic planning at operational, marketing, technical and human resources level.
Introduced a blueprint for organisational development linked to outcomes with definitive milestones. It is extremely important for every individual to know, understand and “own” their personal goal and how that contributes to the overall goals of the organisation.
